Can I sell and be a vendor without a sellers permit?
California state law requires all
swap meet vendors to obtain a
resale license before they can sell.
The only exceptions is a used
merchandise vendor who has not
sold more than twice in a calendar
year and a vendor who is not selling
merchandise and is only gathering
sales leads. Contact the local
Department of Tax and Fees for any
questions.
How do I get my sellers permit/ resale license?
A link is provided on our website under information on “vendors”. State Board of Equalization issues the permit and can call them directly.

How much is admission to enter?
ONTARIO for Saturday and Tuesday is $0.50 per person and for 12 and under is free. Sundays are $1.00 and for 12 and under is free.
VICTORVILLE is $1.00
and for 12 and under is free
Seniors $0.75 cents.
INDIO is $1.00 and 12 and under is free.
Do you sell livestock?
Yes, Ontario Livestock, a separate company, is the operator of a weekly livestock auction held every Tuesday beginning at 10:00AM. Hogs, goat, sheep, horses and cattle are sold. Contact information is
What are your locations?
Ontario, Victorville and Indio
Can I sell food or drinks?
No. We are already contracted with our food vendors and not allowing new food or drink vendors at this time.
How much does it cost to sell product?
Between $10-$40 depending on location and day, and if product is new or used.
Can I bring a dog or animals into the market?
No. Only service animals are allowed.
How much is parking?

When are you closed?
We are closed on Christmas and New Years Day.
What time do I show up to sell merchandise/vendors?
ONTARIO – Lottery sign ups- 5:30-6:30am gate 9 (lottery starts at 6:30am)
Regular vendor arrive no later than 7:30am
INDIO –
Gates open for monthly’s at 12pm
Daily vendors-2pm
VICTORVILLE –
Vendors arrive 6am-7:30 for space assignment
Monthly and daily no later than 7:30am
Spaces are sold by a lottery process, Vendor needs to sign their name on the lottery list between 5:30am-6:30am.
Reserved monthly vendors must be set up in their space by 7:30am.
