Can I sell and be a vendor without a sellers permit?
California state law requires all swap meet vendors to obtain a resale license before they can sell. The only exceptions are a used merchandise vendor who has not sold more than twice in a calendar year and a vendor who is not selling merchandise and is only gathering sales leads. Contact the local Department of Tax and Fees for any questions.
How do I get my sellers permit/ resale license?

How much is admission to enter?
ONTARIO Saturday and Tuesday is $0.50 per person, children 12 and under are free. Sunday is $1.00 per person, children12 and under are free.
VICTORVILLE $1.00 per person, children 12 and under are free.
Seniors are $0.75 cents per person.
INDIO $1.00 per person, children12 and under are free.
Do you sell livestock?
Yes, Ontario Livestock, a separate company, is the operator of a weekly livestock auction held every Tuesday beginning at 10:00 am. Hogs, goat, sheep, horses and cattle are sold. Contact information is 909-988-2433.
Can I sell food or drinks?
No. We are contracted with our food service vendors. No new food or drink vendors are permitted at this time.
How much does it cost to sell at the market?
Space fees are between $10-$40 depending on the location market day, and if product is new or used.
Can I bring a dog or animals into the market?
No. Only service dogs are allowed.

When are you closed?
We are closed on Christmas Day, New Years Day and during the annual fair in Victorville and Indio.
What time do I show up to sell merchandise/vendors?
ONTARIO - Lottery sign ups- 5:30 am-6:30am at gate 9 (lottery starts at 6:30am)
Regular vendors arrive no later than 7:30am.
INDIO -
Gates open for monthly vendors at
12:00 pm
Daily vendors-2:00 pm.
VICTORVILLE -
Vendors can arrive between 6;00-7:30 am.
Monthly vendors need to arrive before 7:30am
Spaces are assigned by a lottery process, Vendor needs to add their name on the lottery list between 5:30am-6:30am.
Reserved monthly vendors must be set up in their space by 7:30am.
